RULES AND NORMS :-
(i) Application from candidates will be accepted through ON-LINE MODE only. As such candidates are required to apply only ONLINE. No other mode for submission of application is allowed.

(ii) Physical Standards Test (PST)/Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Documentation, Written Test, Trade Test and Medical examination will be conducted by the CRPF at respective Recruitment canters as per schedule.

(iii) Tattoos marked on traditional sites of the body like inner aspect of forearm, but only left forearm, being non-saluting limb or dorsum of the hand are to be allowed. Size must be less than ¼ of the particular part (Elbow or Hand) of the body. (See para 11(IV)(A)6 of this advertisement notice)

(iv) Application fee @ Rs 100/- from General and OBC candidates will be charged. Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and ExServicemen eligible for reservation are exempted from paying fee.

(v) Candidates should also not wait till the last date of application to avoid a situation where they are deprived to fill up application due to reasons of crash of website due to heavy influx of applications and delays attributable to technical errors. 2

(vi) Candidates belonging to SC/ST category are exempted for payment of fees. As such candidate who applies in exam indicating his category as SC or ST must produce a certificate in any of the format issued by a authority to prove his status. Failure to produce certificate in any of the format will render his candidature to be cancelled at PST/PET stage itself.

(vii) The Call letter/Admit card to candidates will be uploaded on the website www.crpfindia.com at each stage i.e. for PST/PET & documentation, Written Test, Trade Test and Detailed medical examination during the recruitment process. Besides, shortcomings, if any, noticed in online application of the candidate at initial stage, the candidate will be informed through SMS/E-mail to sort out query immediately as far as possible.

(viii) Candidates who qualify in PST/PET & documentation will only be eligible to appear in OMR based written examination.

(ix) State/Trade and category wise result of written test cum merit list etc (for male/female separately) will be drawn.

(x) To ensure smooth, transparent, accurate and minimize human error, force will employ adequate measures and modernized means for conduct of PET event and computing of PST details.

(xi) The written examination will be bilingual i.e in English & Hindi.

(xii) Result of written examination will be declared through website.

(xiii) All the candidates qualified in written examination will undergo trade test and called for trade test in order of merit list in each category/trade. Admit card/call letter intimating place and date on which they are required to appear for trade test will be uploaded in the website i.e. www.crpfindia.com

(xiv) The candidates who qualify in trade test will be shortlisted for Detailed Medical Examination (DME) based on performance in written examination. The candidates will be medically examined in accordance with existing medical guidelines to assess their physical and medical fitness as prescribed in the eligibility conditions. During detailed medical examination, “Temporary unfitness” will not be allowed. Detailed instructions on procedure of medical examination and relevant provisions are elaborated in further paras.

(xv) After detailed medical examination and further, where required, a review medical examination, State and category wise merit for General, SC, ST, OBC & Ex-servicemen candidates will be drawn separately for each trade and category for male & female candidates, on the basis of the aggregate marks obtained in written test by the candidates.

(xvi) After drawal of merit list final result will be declared through website i.e. www.crpfindia.com and list of selected candidates State/Trade/Category wise will be uploaded in CRPF website.

4. For Discipline Code 04-Trade Apprentice-Quality Control : 3 Years full time B.Sc (Physics, Maths, Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry).

5. Reservation for PWD Candidates for the Discipline Code 04: OH-One arm affected or one leg affected or HH (Partially deaf) (For Quality Control Only-Laboratory Assistant).

6. The qualification prescribed shall be from a recognized University/Institute as a full time , regular/sandwich Diploma course in Engineering/ full time,regular course in B.Sc in relevant disciplines with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General & OBC candidates and 45% marks in aggregate in case of SC/ST/PWD candidates against reserved positions.

7. For Discipline Code 04: PWD candidates with less than 40% of permanent disability are NOT eligible. The PWD candidates are required to submit a Disability Certificate issued by Competent Authority as per the Persons with Disabilities (equal opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Amended Rules, 2009, failing which their candidature as PWD candidates will not be considered. Persons with Disabilities (OH and HH) must be capable of performing the task assigned to them/take instructions using suitable aids and appliances.

8. The candidates should NOT have undergone Apprenticeship earlier or pursuing Apprenticeship Training as per the Apprenticeship Act, 1961/1973 as amended from time to time

9. Candidates, who had training or job experience for a period of one year or more after acquiring the prescribed qualifications, shall NOT be eligible for being engaged as Technician Apprentice.

10. The applicant for the position of Technician Apprentices should NOT have completed three years after passing of the qualifying examination as on 01.12.2016.

11. In case the date of Declaration of result is not mentioned in the Mark Sheet, the candidate must submit a certificate mentioning the date of publication of result from the Principal of the Polytechnic/College/Institute from where the candidate pursued his Diploma course, along with his application form.

12. Candidates registered with Local/State Employment Exchange(s)/Vocational Rehabilitation Centre for Person with Disability (PWD) and meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria, are required to apply Online, failing which their candidature will not be considered. 13. Candidates with qualification acquired through Distance Learning Mode or Part Time Mode or Correspondence mode shall NOT be considered.

14. Candidates possessing higher professional qualifications such as B.E or equivalent, MBA or equivalent or MCA shall NOT be considered. Suppression of information regarding possession or pursuing higher qualification shall render a candidate ineligible for consideration at any stage of selection/termination or any time during engagement.

. Age: Minimum 18 years and maximum 24 years as on 01.12.2016 (Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST i.e. up to a max of 29 yrs., 3 years for OBC i.e. up to a max of 27 yrs., for the posts reserved for them). RECRUITMENT UNDER SWACHH BHARAT MISSION (URBAN), ASSAM

Applications are invited in the Standard Form of Application published in Part IX of the Assam Gazette for eligible Indian citizens for contractual engagement at State Project Management Unit (SPMU) under Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban), Assam for the following positions:

1.Name Of post:- Project Coordinator

Educational Qualification & Eligibility:-Full Time Master in Social Works (Minimum 2 years course duration) with minimum 5 years experience in Government/semi Govt./ autonomous organizations/private company of repute in the field of project management in a managerial position and/or additional experience of working with urban development projects /programmes and/or implementing urban reforms for States and ULBs. Minimum 60% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation.

2.Name Of post:- MIS Expert

Educational Qualification & Eligibility: Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science /MCA/ B.E./ B. Tech. in Computer Science with minimum 5 years experience in Government/semi Govt. / autonomous organizations/private company of repute and with exposure to software development & project management, database management, MIS, etc. and proven ability to work in a team and train staff to use the systems. Minimum 60% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation.

Educational Qualification & Eligibility: Post Graduate Degree (Minimum 2 years course duration) in Mass Communications/ Public Relations/ Journalism with minimum 5 years experience in advocacy management preferably in urban sector and/or in conducting knowledge management activities and development of IEC strategy. Knowledge and experience of government systems and procedures would be desirable. Minimum 60% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation

Age Limitation :- 23-35 years.
Educational Qualification & Eligibility: Post Graduate in Commerce having minimum 2 years experience and knowledge in Computer Applications and Tally latest version.

General Terms and Conditions & Important Instructions:
1. This engagement will be purely on temporary and contractual basis and Swachh Bharat Mission related only.
2. Initially this engagement will be for 11 months; based on performance and requirement of the mission, contract may further be extended.
3. Candidates willing to apply must submit their application in the Standard Form along with Curriculum Vitae (CV) not exceeding 3 pages.
4. Education degrees from recognized Universities/Institutes shall only be considered.
5. Three copies of recent passport size photographs must be pasted in the job application form.
6. Candidates must submit their relevant testimonials along with the application.
7. The shortlisted candidates will have to appear for an interview for which no TA/DA shall be paid.
8. Incomplete applications shall be rejected without any information and only shortlisted candidates shall be called for written test and/or interview.
9. Mere fulfilment of minimum qualifications will not vest any right on a candidate for being called for written test and/or interview.
10. Screening will be done in case of excess applications on the basis of education background and job experience.
11. Evaluation of candidates will be done as per Annexure-I.
12. Candidates will have to super scribe the name of the post applied for at the top of a sealed envelope containing the application form, CV and relevant testimonials.
13. A self addressed envelope of 9’’ x 4’’ size affixing postal stamp of Rs.5/- must be enclosed inside the sealed envelope.
