Mandal Post Vacancy under Deputy Commissioner Nalbari

                   Applications are invited in Standard form as Published in Assam Gazette in Part IV from intending candidates who are citizen of India as defined in Articles 5 & 8 of the Constitution of India for filling up the short fall Mandal posts as mentioned below which are lying vacant under the amalgamated establishment of Deputy Commissioner, Nalbari, Assam.

                                                             
Age :- Candidate should not be more than 38 years of age and not less than 18 years as on 01.01.2018. The upper age limit is relaxable in case of SC, ST categories as per existing Rules. 

Submission of application:- Application in Standard Form together with self certified copies of all testimonials such as Educational Qualification Certificate, Age proof Certificate ,Caste Certificate, pass 6(Six) months recorder’s Class Training from Assam survey & Settlement training Centre, Guwahati and should reach the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Nalbari during office hour on all working days. The candidates must write name of the post applied for on the envelope “Application for the post of Mandal”. Last date of receipt of Application:- The last date of receipt of application within 5.00 PM on 26.03.2018. No application shall be entertained after last date of receipt. The application sent by post should also reach the office of the undersigned within the date and time mentioned above. 

Photograph:- Candidates shall have to submit 2(Two) copies of recent passport size photograph out of which 1(one) copy shall have to be pasted(Not stapled) on the right top corner of the application form and to be signed by the candidate himself/herself in such a way that part of the signature falls on the photograph and part on the application form, and other two copies shall be signed on the front side and attached with the application form in small envelope. Issue of Call Letter:- Call letters to be issued by registered post to the candidates.

 Selection Procedure:- Candidates will have to appear for an interview/Viva-voce & Practical on their own expenses. No T.A/D.A shall be borne by the Govt. for this purpose.
 Venue of interview/viva-voce & Practical will be intimated in the call letter. 

Note:- Govt servant joining the State Govt. service on or after 1st February, 2005 shall not be governed by the existing Assam Service (Pension) Rules, 1969 and other issued there under from time to time. So far their pension and other retirement benefits are concerned they will be governed by a new set of pension rules, which have been formulated vide Govt. No.7/2008/Pt/ 40 dtd-06/10/2009

. • The candidates who are called for interview must produce their original testimonials for verification

ELIGIBILITY
For Sl. No. 1 : The applicant should possess the requisite qualifications, as mentioned under Rule 6 of the Assam District and Sessions Judges Establishment (Ministerial) Service Rules, 1987, i.e. he/she must have served continuously as the Sheristadar of additional District & Sessions Judge or as the Head Assistant in the District & sessions Judge’s Establishment for at least 5 years.

 For Sl. No. 2 : The applicant should possess the requisite qualifications, as mentioned under Rule 6(2) of the Assam District and Sessions Judges Establishment (Ministerial) Service Rules, 1987, i.e. “By selection from amongst the persons who must have served as Supervisory Assistant or a Sheristadar of Munsiff or a Sheristadar of Asst. District and Sessions Judge or Upper Division Assistant continuously for 3 years in the District and Sessions Judge establishment.” Applications must be submitted through proper channel along with the copy of the respective Service Book. 

GENERAL CONDITIONS
• The application will have to be submitted in Standard Form, 
• 3 (three) copies of recent passport size colour photographs should be enclosed with the application. • Last date of receipt of application: 15 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in News-paper as well as in the Kamrup (M) District Judiciary website: www.kamrupjudiciary.gov.in
 • Place and date of the interview will be provided through www.kamrupjudiciary.gov.in and the same shall be collected from the office of the undersigned during office hours.
 • Candidates who have already applied for the post of Head Assistant in the earlier advertisement, need not to apply again

 iii) A self addressed envelope affixing Postal Stamp of Rs. 5.00 must be enclosed along with the application form.
 iv) Candidates belonging to reserved category must enclosed the certificate issued by the component authority. 
v) Candidates of PWD category must be attach the PWD certificate issued by the component authority. 
6. Applications and other documents should be put inside an envelope on which the applicant should clearly mention the name of the post applied for. 
7. Incomplete/unsigned applications will be rejected. No. application will be entertained after the scheduled last date. 
8. The selected candidates will have to submit an undertaking to the Appointing Authority that they will abide by New Pension Rules of the Govt. issued vide Finance Department's Letter No. BW 3/03/Pt-II/1 dated 25.01.2005.
