Eligibility Criteria
- Soldier
(General Duty): Class 10 pass with 45% marks (aggregate), 33% in
each subject.
- Soldier
Clerk (Staff Duty): 10+2 exam in any stream, 60% in aggregate,
50% in English, Math/Accounts/Book Keeping compulsory.
- Tradesmen
(Cook, House Keeper, etc.): Class 10 pass (min 33%/equivalent).
- Age
Limit: 18–42 years (Soldier GD/Tradesmen/Clerk), Female – 18–42
years (proportionate to height & age).
- Physical
Standards: Height (Male: 160 cm, Female: 152 cm), Chest (Male: 77
cm + 5 cm expansion, Female: NA), Weight (see notice for category wise
detail).
Selection & Process
- Tests: Physical
Fitness (Run, Pull-ups, High/Long Jump, Balance), Medical Test, Trade Test
for Clerk/Tradesmen.
- Document
Verification: Educational, domicile, relationship proof (for
dependents), caste etc.
- Other: Relaxation
in standards for sons/daughters of ex-servicemen, war widows.
